When to Arrive –Please arrive at least 15 min before your scheduled appointment to ensure adequate time to change and relax.

Arriving Late –Arriving late will unfortunately limit the time for your treatment, thus lessening your pleasure and the effectiveness of the treatment. Your treatment must end on time so our next guest's service will not be delayed. The full value of your treatment will be charged.

What to Wear –Your privacy is important to us. Depending on the service and your needs, you may receive a robe and slippers for your treatment. Please disrobe to your comfort level. You will be discreetly covered throughout your treatment. Secured lockers, showers and a variety of personal items are available for your use.

Cell Phones and Pagers –Please turn of all cell phones and pagers. The spa is an oasis of peace and quiet. Our staff will gladly take messages while you enjoy your treatment undisturbed.

No Children under 16 –For the Comfort of our guests, no children are allowed at the spa. Children 16 ears and older may receive services with a written parental consent.

Gift Giving –Our gift cards may be purchased in any dollar amount and can be ordered via phone, email, fax or in person. Gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable and irreplaceable if lost or stolen.

Payment –We gladly accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Body&Spirit Gift Cards and cash.

Special Consideration –Times listed for services are approximate. All services and prices are subject to change without notice.

Groups of Three or More –Proper coordination of your group reservation requires additional time by our staff to ensure that your visit is a success.

Gratuity –Rates do not include gratuity, but are very much appreciated by our service staff.

Cancellations or Appointment Changes –Our Spa services are very popular; therefore, we may book up to six months in advance. If you must cancel or change your appointment time, please call 24-hours prior to your scheduled time to avoid any charges. clients making changes with less than a 24-hour notice will be charged the full amount of the service. We require a credit card or gift card number to secure your reservation.

Going Green –We have made a commitment to go green by utilizing environmentally friendly cleaning supplies, service products and equipment.
